LoanMe Alerts
At your option, you may opt in to receiving mobile message alerts. These are text alerts that provide a secure and easy way to access interest rates, receive promotional and loan product information and to receive other information about your loan or about LoanMe, Inc. using almost any mobile device or cellular telephone.
Sign Up For LoanMe Alerts
You can sign up for LoanMe Alerts by texting JOIN to the five-digit U.S. short code 97043. By signing up and choosing your subscription you will receive up to 4 per month.
LoanMe Text Alerts are optional and is a recurring message program. You may opt out at any time.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Cost
LoanMe will not charge you when you send a text message to the five-digit U.S. short code 97043 or when a response is sent to you. However, please note that message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and wireless plan.

Opt Out
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from LoanMe you may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the five-digit U.S. short code 97043 or by calling 1-844-764-7368. When we receive your request to opt out we will remove your cellular telephone or mobile device number from the text alert system and will send a final confirmation message to you. No further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device unless you choose, in the future, to opt in and request them again.

Additional Terms for Alert Program
When you enroll in the LoanMe Alert Program by texting the five-digit U.S. short code 97043, or by any other means, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions provided in this Mobile Messaging Policy and fully and unconditionally authorize LoanMe, Inc. and its service providers to respond to your mobile device or cell phone, even if your telephone number is listed on any federal, state or corporate do-not-call registry.

Any alert sent or received is not intended to be construed as an affirmative offer for a loan, unconditional loan approval, unconditional pre-qualification, unconditional pre-approval, or any other unconditional offer or agreement to lend.
LoanMe Alerts makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to data or information contained in any alert. Do not use Mobile Messaging to communicate time-sensitive instructions or official company matters. Urgent matters should be communicated in person directly with the person of concern via telephone and then confirmed in writing with the appropriate person.
You are aware and expressly consent to the use of autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in. LoanMe, Inc. reserves the right to remove or block any mobile number from the service for any reason without notice.
By using this service, you agree that the terms stated herein shall apply to you and are incorporated by reference into any communication, and that any disputes pertaining to this service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of your use of LoanMe Alerts or relating to these terms and conditions may only be filed only in the state or federal courts located in California. Consent to these terms is not required as a condition to purchase a good/service.
